Alex (“the app”) is provided by Deal Flow Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”) to its clients. The app lets an authorized account holder direct their AI assistant (“Alex”) to contact and manage their own business leads. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate the app — for example, cloud hosting and authentication, AI processing, and telephony/messaging providers — and only as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep account and activity information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us at the address below. Deleting your account removes your access to the app.
The app is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
